The Final Verdict

The sound quality is absolutely amazing for both the Yamaha Hs8 and the Adam A7X, you won’t go wrong with either option whether you are listening to music at home or in a professional studio. The Yamaha Hs8 has the advantage of a larger cone but the Adam A7X has a larger frequency range.

Our decision came down to things like design and value for money. And when considering these two factors, we decided the Yamaha Hs8 was the better buy. The design is far superior and we like really liked how the monitor looked in white.

As for the price, we couldn’t find anything with the Adam A7X that justified the additional cost. ranted, it still isn’t as expensive as some on the market, but it certainly is costly for what it offers. By choosing the Yamaha Hs8, you get an amazing design, pure sound, and you can save yourself some dollars.
